01. PRODUCTION LOGIC (ON-DEMAND)

Personality Matrix operates on an on-demand supply protocol. Each component is manufactured specifically upon order confirmation to minimize environmental impact.

  • Fulfillment Time: Standard production requires 2–5 business days before dispatch.

Note: During high-demand periods, production may take a few extra days.

02. DELIVERY TIMES (SHIPPING)

Once the production phase is finalized, your order enters our global carrier network. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • European Union: 2–5 business days.
  • International: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the European Union. We are working on expanding our system to the UK and International destinations soon.

Note: These are estimates. Total delivery time = Fulfillment Time + Transit Time.

03. SHIPPING COSTS

We operate a unified logistics protocol across the European Union to ensure cost transparency:

  • Standard EU Shipping: Flat rate of €5.49.
  • Free Initialization: Complimentary shipping on all EU orders over €75.

Note: The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout before your payment is processed.

04. TRACKING & COORDINATES

A tracking link will be transmitted to your registered email once the shipping phase is initialized. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier's system to synchronize data and activate the tracking link.

05. INCIDENT PROTOCOL (DAMAGES & DEFECTS)

If a component exhibits damages or defects upon arrival:

  1. Access our Contact Interface.
  2. Report the incident within 24 hours of delivery by selecting Damaged / Defective as Incident Type.
  3. Visual Evidence: Please provide clear photos of both the defective product and the shipping label/packaging. This is mandatory for us to process a replacement with our manufacturing partners.
  4. Verified incidents will be initialized for a free replacement at no additional cost.
