Refund policy

01. OVERVIEW

We offer a 14-day return policy, providing you with 14 standard solar days after receiving your item to request a return.

02. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its Baseline Condition:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • Free from any environmental traces (scents, stains, or damage).

Note: Items that do not pass our structural audit will not be accepted for a refund.

03. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized products. For hygiene integrity, items showing signs of wear or direct skin contact cannot be restored.

04. INITIALIZATION

To start a return, please access our contact form and select "Returns / Refunds" as the incident type.

  • Authorized Returns: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

05. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong component was sent, contact us immediately via the contact form. Photographic evidence is required to initialize a structural audit. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

06. EXCHANGES

To maintain our on-demand supply logic and minimize environmental impact, we do not offer direct exchanges. Every component is manufactured specifically upon request to avoid overproduction and system waste. The most efficient protocol is to return the original item for a refund and initialize a new purchase for the desired component.

07. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item remains in its Baseline Condition.

08. SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and logistics unless the item is validated as defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

09. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
